We may give them another shot. They cleaned for us a year or so ago. They were nice folks and the rooms they did clean looked pretty good, but forgot to clean our kitchen cabinets. It was my understanding she was supposed to come back and take care of it at one time, but never heard back. I'll update the review at a later time.

Sorry you weren’t totally happy Phil you were supposed to reach out and schedule another cleaning to get that done. We can’t just drop by at the drop of a hat but anyway between the cat feces, the cat throw up the cat sand and fur, and the fact the place hadn’t been cleaned in years. Cat just cleaned my house and it looks great! Smells marvelous too!  She is an excellent worker and cleans as if she's cleaning her own house.  She pays attention to detail and did not skimp on anything as many house cleaners have done in the past.  I'm so pleased!!!. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL!!! First told me ti meet for early appointment which she never showed and then gave excuse after excuse as to why….headache, too many texts, etc. Spend your money on a company who is more stable.

I’m so sorry Robin you are an unhappy, unfortunately you chose to miscommunicate the truth here.  What really happened is I woke with a migraine, I texted you I couldn’t make it in. Unfortunately, I sent it to the wrong person. Then we rescheduled and you canceled on me at the last minute. Was this retaliation because I had a migraine? I’m so happy with my deep clean! First of all, Cat was so enthusiastic and happy to be at my house. She reminds me of the Energizer bunny!
